Our "Technology Control System (TCS)" a solution "Speaks the Plant Floor Language" - High Demand Industrial Needs
An automated industrial environment — such as a manufacturing assembly line or process control system — usually needs an organized hierarchy of network control systems to function. It starts from Floor Level (Level-0) to Business Level (Level-4).
In this hierarchy there is usually a Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition (SCADA) or Human Machine Interface (HMI) at the top of process network, where an operator can monitor or operate the system. This is typically linked to a middle layer of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) or Distributed Control System (DCS) via a critical communications system (e.g. Ethernet). At the bottom of the control chain is the I/O and device Networks (Profibus, Fieldbus, ControlNet, DeviceNet, etc) which links the controllers to the devices such as Transmitters / Sensors, Actuators-Valves, Electric Motors, Console lights, Switches, Valves and Relay-Contactors.
GDPI has the capabilitiesto implement network technology in industrial manufacturing and process environments. Our network engineers adhere to proven plant-floor network design methodologies and best practices and who “speak the plant floor language” having control system backgrounds.
GDPI provides complete software solutions from initial design to final implementation to meet the needs of your Production, Maintenance and IT Departments.
We address your Business problem and listen your needs and design customized tailor maid solutions. Software design takes many factors into account including: how to best solve the business problem, user experience needs, IT architecture standards, system extensibility, and many more.
Designing software for the manufacturing plant floor environment poses unique challenges itself. Manufacturing system software must interact with a variety of other systems with many different programming levels, from common high-level programming interfaces to low-level hardware protocols. All applications, despite these differences in platforms, purpose, or age, must be seamlessly integrated with in a way that is often completely invisible to the plant floor.
Why we prefer Custom Build Tailored made software, it exactly meets what you want:
